Privacy by design.
Effective November 3, 2026. This policy describes the current SALOKCIN website and business-enquiry workflow.
Public product tools
The public reconciliation workspace processes supported transaction documents directly in your browser, including recognised transaction exports, selected Excel workbooks and certain digital PDF bank statements. These original files are not intentionally uploaded to SALOKCIN servers by this workspace. The separate cash-investigation and batch tools currently process data files matching their downloadable transaction templates locally. Unsupported, ambiguous or scanned statement formats require a separate reviewed process. Website hosting may still receive ordinary connection and security metadata, but not the document contents through these local tools.
Business enquiries
The current project enquiry prepares an email in your email application. Information is transmitted only if you choose to send that email. Do not include bank statements, account credentials, tax records, SSNs or confidential payment files in an initial enquiry.
Private client operations
SALOKCIN may maintain limited business contact, scope, status and activity records for legitimate client operations. Access is restricted. Sensitive financial source documents should be exchanged only through an agreed secure method appropriate to the engagement.
Data minimisation
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to respond, scope, perform and administer agreed services. We do not sell client conversation or engagement data to advertisers.
Your choices
You may contact salokcininc@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information you provided directly to SALOKCIN, subject to applicable legal and record-retention obligations.
Changes
We may update this policy as SALOKCIN services evolve. The effective date above identifies this version.
